For all failed and obsolete items that have no re-use potential, CRUK will sustainably manage the complete I.T disposal service which includes technical processing, secure data destruction, and preparation for shipment to CRUK approved waste management partners in the UK.

We aim to collect within 5 working days maximum of receiving the request, unless requested otherwise, and our collection team will arrive at a pre-arranged collection point and handle all the safe and secure loading of your equipment onto our secure vehicles.
All collections are made by CRUK owned vehicles and CRUK owned staff. CRUKs ADISA certification ensures all collections and processes are completed to the highest of standards; ensuring assets are logged within 24 hours, individually tracked, and all data is securely sanitised or destroyed within 20 working days.
Within 30 working days, CRUK will provide you with a detailed asset report and certification of data destruction.
CRUK promote re-use by using certified data erasure software, but do provide on-site data destruction service so time to data safe is 0.
